Design Notes
The HexaHistidine insert was codon optimized for expression in E. coli, the same was done for the OT1 peptide at the part's C-terminus.

Stems from K2686005. A OT1 peptide was attached to demonstrate the successful insertion of antigen sequences onto the encapsulin protein (Choi et al., 2016).
